A survey by insurance company Esure has revealed that the
average UK driver will rack up £214 of fines during their life's
motoring.
The research also revealed that the average driving
offender will receive an estimated total of £569 in fines throughout
their lifetime.
Esure reckoned that parking rules and regulations
were the biggest earners, as 34 percent of those questioned admitted to
regularly being confused by parking rules, while 36 percent confessed to
