Finally, the Bath Road major roadworks have come to an end and it's not the greatest piece of work of I have to say. Not that anyone was expecting anything else! So, as you're heading from town, back towards the test centre, you go through the one way system, then sweep down the hill to the left with the bus lane to your left. You'll see the pedestrian crossing at the base of the hill and it's here amungst the zig-zags that you might be able to see some arrows telling you that aropund here, when you least suspect it, the left lane/bus lane magically turns into the lane you'll need to follow the road ahead. If you stay in the lane that you're in, you'll be pushed wide into the lane that turns right ontop of the hill. As usual, no information about this, no arrows on the ground after the crossing when most people will suddenly realise that they aren't in the right place so expect the unexpected here. What you may find are cars suddenly changing lanes here, so be on the look out for people following sat-navs and suddenly swerving!
